Our school provides opportunities for students, staff and parents to know and celebrate their Catholic faith. This is done through the religious life of our school. Members of our community experience a rich liturgical and prayer life, celebration of the Sacraments, faith formation, social outreach activities, and opportunities to share faith with each other and with youth from other schools in the Archdiocese.
Students at St Martha’s Catholic Primary School Strathfield are encouraged to participate in the Catholic life of the school through prayer, meditation and involvement in the life of the parish. We provide faith formation opportunities to enhance Catholic practice.
Students also attend whole school celebrations including feast day Masses, Mother’s and Father’s Day Masses, and our Grandparents’ Day Mass. Senior students and teachers regularly visit local nursing homes, attending Mass and interacting with residents.
